Custom FYI changed to closed

Dears,

Appreciate your kind support to help me in solving my issue.

I created a custom FYI notification in the workflow builder, then when I created a custom request, the oracle system sent a notification of type "FYI" to the user and automatically changed its status to closed.

Notes:

1- On oracle application, The FYI status is closed.

2- In the database, The FYI status is Cancelled.

3- In the database, The FYI start & end date fields are the same date and time.
