Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. what is difference between LINEAR_DISTANCE, SELLING_SQUARE_FT and TOTAL_SQUARE_FT

In store table, we have following 3 fields for store space

LINEAR_DISTANCE

SELLING_SQUARE_FT

TOTAL_SQUARE_FT

I want to understand difference between all these fields and how are those being leveraged in merchandising system. Thanks in advance.
