Totals are not getting calculated for new store in ReSA

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

For a new store data is inserted into sa_store_data table but still the totals are not getting calculated. Anyone let me what is the issue here and what are the steps need to follow for new store setup in ReSA.
