Configuring W-8 forms in Peoplesoft Payables

Hi,

Whenever foreign nationals ( outside the U.S) come and provide some service they are supposed to submit Form W-8BEN to the payer or the withholding agent failing which with holding @ 30% will be deducted from the payment.

The forms are issued by the IRS (but the form is not submitted to the IRS) .They are submitted to the payer / withholding agent.

I did not find any reference on witholding W-8 in Peoplebooks.

If any one can help me in this regard , it will be highly appreciated.
