Need to round account balances containing 3 decimal places

We have several accounts where the balances run to the thousandths of a dollar (three decimal places). We wish to correct all these so they are rounded to the hundredths of a dollar (two decimal places) so they appear properly on all produced reports and queries.

We have identified all accounts where these three decimal place balances exist We were considering running a mass SQL query on the ledger table to round all these numbers, but were concerned if it may have adverse side-effects, especially considering if we do not correct the original underlying journal entries containing these balances.

We would like to know if there is any delivered function that can round these balances or any recommendations to address this.
