Appserver crashes after PeopleTools upgrade 8.59.08

Hello Team,

We have recently upgrade our PT version from 8.57.11 to 8.59.08. its CRM9.2 application.

While using online screens, suddenly the app server crashes and logs out and we are getting the below error. This is happening on the Business Unit component. As part of this error we have followed the Document - Doc ID 2638855.1 and it is suggesting to repair the corresponding CI and then re-try. We have tried that and no luck. Could you please suggest any solution for this issue ?
