QUERY REST API configuration

Hi,

We are trying to consume REST WS from 3rd party vendor. However the vendor provided the below REST QUERY Link. I am new to REST WS integrations and need some help implementing this. I am unable to trigger and consume the REST QUERY API from peoplesoft. This works from POSTMAN but not from peoplesoft.

When I try to configure this in peoplesoft and trigger the WS, the process fails.
