IEX: Strategy Management not updating strategies

I followed below steps

1. disable the old strategies
2. Run IEX: Strategy Management
3. collection work bench still old strategy is appeaing

I was expecting , after I disable the strategy and ran IEX: Strategy Management , strategy should have be removed by system from collection work bench.

Only default collect all strategy is active .

Any suggestion ?
