Creating multiple Transactions with one Activity Guide

Hi - trying to configure multiple clone position transactions with different questions/action reasons/approval paths and notifications. I have clone the delivered HR_POSITION_CLONE transaction multiple times, configuring all transactions to meet client needs. However, when transactions are added to the Navigation Collection, Additional Parameters on the Content Ref Administration page of the first transaction added default to the Additional Parameters configured on the second transaction. Screenshots attached. Configured transactions are not working as expected because of this.

Has anybody successfully cloned a transaction multiple times?
