Mail Notification not received for an answer posted in response to a question posted by me

I posted a question (eAM Asset Number form - Maintainable and Active Check Boxes — oracle-mosc) in eAM category and there was a response by one of the community users. However, I did not get a mail notification in the outlook. Is there any known issue this week? I have been receiving mail notifications in general.
