Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Page Level Related Content causing logout from PIA

A page level content Related content has been setup with service type as Content reference in Campus solution 9.2 , PT 8.56.25.

However when we enable this open the page and navigation to the Next is list button it logout from the PIA .

Please could you suggest what could be a possible reason.

We have also noticed the below in app server log
