Option on Update Withholdings page is not available anymore - Anyone know why?

Hi all,

Navigation: Suppliers - 1099/Global Withholding - Update Withholdings

On this page, there are now only 2 "Process Options" now. Used to be 3. We are wondering if there is a reason why the option "Process All Updates" is not available anymore.

We are testing FSCM 9.2 PUM 41-44 (not sure which PUM this option went away).
