When I am trying to create Document using Document Builder, I am unable to add the Primitive child. That is disabled on Document Page.

Navigation: PeopleTools > Documents > Document Builder

What may be the reason?

    Please provide the details of your OS version and Peopletools patch level etc where the issue is noticed

    When creating a document, step 1 is to name the document. The next step is to click on the root node. By default, it looks selected, but it isn't. Until you click, all action buttons are disabled. As soon as you click, the left set of buttons (insert child) buttons should become enabled. Here is an example:
