Successful configuration of OAUTH 2.0 with Oracle Applications 12.2.6 anyone?

Hello Community. We have been struggling trying to get workflow to test successfully connecting to Office 365 Online Cloud following doc 2884072.1. It should be noted that we are on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure with servers of Oracle Linux 7.X

The following tasks were completed:

1) Applied patches 31042881, 34423621:R12.OWF.C (patches R12.AD.C.Delta.12 (Patch 30628681) and R12.TXK.C.Delta.12 (Patch 30735865) were patched previously)

2) Created self-signed key pair

3) Another group configured the Azure component

4) Added the following to the servers for outbound connections -DUseSunHttpHandler=true -Dhttps.protocols=TLSv1.2 and bounced the services on the the Instance

5) Click the test connection on the mailer
