Worklist not updating after 12.2.11 upgrade
We recently upgraded from 12.2.7 to 12.2.11
After the upgrade some users are experiencing that the Worklist doesn’t update after they take action on a notification.
The notification can be from any workflow – APINV, APEXP, PO, HR…
What happens is this:
User logs in to his Home window in Oracle EBS.
User opens the Worklist to handle notifications. Opens a notification and Approves/Rejects.
The Worklist window displays the message:
Action in process – action is getting processed
The window will then remain this way. It doesn’t update. So far, we have had the users wait up to and over 30 minutes with no change. If the user logs out and back in they will see their worklist with the same invoices as before and in most/many cases the same “error” will occur if they again try to take action.
