Sales not loaded in RDW tables

Hi,

We have sales records in Retail Sales Audit for two different stores

on the same date that will not export to RDW.  We tried to set the

“RDW” record in SA_EXPORT_LOG to STATUS “R” and also tried to delete

one of the store/days from ReSA and re-added it (resulting in the

SA_EXPORT_LOG STATUS being set to “R”), hoping it would re-export.

 In both cases, the RDWC, RDWF, RDWS, and RDWT files created OK, but

nothing shows up in the “SLS” tables in RDW.

Can anyone help me to troubleshoot the issue
