security alerts subscription doc

Hello,

I was trying to subscribe to security alerts and the doc pointed to is from 2019 and says click on your name and select subscriptions. I could not find and asked others and they could not find subscriptions anywhere in their account. Is there a new process to subscribe to security alerts and should the doc be updated?
