What is the best tool available to compare PeopleSoft pages between different environment?

As part of our PeopleSoft upgrade process, I had to manually compare delivered pages that we customized to ensure all our customizations are updated in our upgraded environment.

Unfortunately Compare report did not highlight each page property that is different between source and target environment. So I used one of the tools provided by Oracle (Tools - Diff/Merge Page) to compare each page manually.

Is there any other better tool that we can leverage to compare 2 pages in PeopleSoft?
