Warning on running Process Strategy Tasks - No Strategies to process

Hi,

We have this issue that sometimes our scheduled job that runs Process Strategy Tasks throws out a warning. The log files does not contain much detailed information sample below.

Only Single worker as Scoring and Strategy was run as multithread.
