Anyone have SQL errors with compares from PT8.59 upgraded env to a Rel'd up database?

We are applying HCM PUM44 and upgrading Tools to 8.59.12 from 8.58.20.

I am attempting to run compare reports from the upgraded env to a copy of Production with Rel scripts run against it.

Compares run fine until we get to the Services Object Type. Then we get this error message:

System Error : File: E:\PT859P12B_2208150502-retail\peopletools\src\psmgr\mgrgensql.cppSQL error. Stmt #: 2161 Error Position: 0 Return: 8609 - [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 13 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Invalid column name 'PT_OPEN_API'.PPLNAME'.(S (62,16)

System Error : NAMESPACE, IB_ALIASNAME, IB_PSOFTSERVICE, IB_REST_SERVICE, PT_OPEN_API, PTIBAPPLNAME, IBEXTERNALUSERID, IBEXTERNALPWD, TOKENTYPE, DESCR, DESCRLONG FROM PSSERVICE WHERE IB_SERVICENAME = :1 (62,16)
