Is the Integration Gateway (Local) Port Arbitrary

The setup of ports for various things (like JOLT) for a PS environment is done in configuration files usually managed by the PS Administrator tool outside the PIA.

However, when setting up your Integration Gateway (e.g., a local gateway), it seems like (1) this is done in the PIA. E.g., if I go to Integration Gateway and setup the port, then that becomes the port for the integration gateway.
