The "Autoclose FYI" checkbox is NOT checked and the process closes and the last notification is not sent to the user.

The workflow mailer in its configuration in the Autoclose FYI notification point has an unchecked option according to Doc ID 1634776.1 (How to Disable the FYI Workflow Notification Auto close "AutoClose FYI" So That The Users Can Close Them Manually)

This means that FYI notifications should not be closed, which is the case in this situation.
