How to extract Peoplecode as text from peopletools table PSPCMPROG?

Hello,

Can any one suggest me the way to extract the peoplecode as text from the PSPCMPROG table. As i have seen the peoplecode in that table, its getting stored in other format(perhaps binary). I want to convert that into text format and using SQL Server database. Please suggest me..
