Does anyone out there know how to contact a HUMAN in the Oracle Academy Program?

Hey folks,

We're Oracle Academy Program members. I took a break from teaching and my college email account was closed and deleted. Now I'm back and would like to access the cloud instance I apparently still have but have never used.

The Academy website is less than useless, and the only email address I could find (academy_ww@oracle.com) is dead.

I have no clue how to access my cloud instance. MOS sent me back a "solution" that wasn't.

Any help would be much appreciated.
