Accessibility - Classic vs. Fluid Interface

Can anybody point me towards any document or Doc ID that indicates Classic Interface isn't WCAG 2.0 Accessibility compliant but Fluid Interface is?

I can find docs saying PeopleTools is WCAG 2.0 or 2.1 - but they never indicate which interface. I would assume they test Fluid but I am hoping for something to proves that Classic isn't compliant, and won't be, moving forward.

Trying to nudge our org to start using Fluid and Accessibility improvements is one of my arguments. Will be using Tools 8.59 or 8.60 for HCM 9.2
