Manual FULLSYNC process of USER_PROFILE between HCM and FIN database

Hello All -

We have a request to delete all users with a certain role. Instead of doing this individually in HCM - User Profile, we have created a delete script to execute to HCM database. We have validated the changes in HCM database. However in FIN, it is still not in sync. Do you know the manual steps in order to sync the user profiles between HCM and FIN? Thank you.
