Audit Record doesn't capture data from record with no keys?

We're trying to audit the data from a table - SUP_PROF_RESP which captures data from the Supplier Portal Profile Questions section but it's not inserting data into the Audit Tables. We have the required fields populated and checkboxes checked in the Record Properties. The only thing we noticed is that this record doesn't have keys. So, does the auditing not work on records with no keys?
