PO- same items in different PO

We have multiple users in the purchase team who are constantly creating and receiving PO.

On many occasions we have encountered an issue where the same set of items but different PO's are received at the same time. It creates a reservation on one of the PO's

I read about it and we can set up the receiving mode in the processing options for it not to have that error instead just a warning. I referred to:

''When a user attempts to receive an order with the same item and branch/plant combination and if the record is reserved by another user, the system generates an error or a warning based on the setting of the Receiving Mode processing option for the PO Receipts program. The system displays a record reservation error message if the Receiving Mode processing option is set to 1 or 2, and a warning message if the Receiving Mode processing option is set to 3 or 4.''
