Peopletools 8.60 DPK installation issue

Hi,

We are running into an issue while installing Peopletools 8.60 DPK on Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 8.5 (Ootpa)

Too many eyaml-gems for hiera-eyaml. PSFT Relocatable Puppet cannot be set up.

On a test box it works find using Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.9 (Maipo), however the install needs to be done on 8.5 as there are some dependencies for Oracle database
