Is there any issue if a PRP is applied to not the latest PUM?

I recently applied a PRP to PUM 44 which I see now that PUM 45 was already out. Since it is a PRP I am assuming it isn't an issue because everything in that PRP would be the same regardless of the PUM? Is that correct or do you need more specifics?
