PSAPPSRV Min Instance and Max Instance should be set to at least 4.

I ran the windows AS Perf Monitor and getting below warnings. But APPSERV instances count on psappserv.cfg is configured as 10. Trying to figure out why it is showing as 4 in the report

Warning: PSAPPSRV Min Instance and Max Instance should be set to at least 4. If they are set to a lower value, it can cause performance issues.

Findings and Recommendations:

Under the PSAPPSRV section of the psappsrv.cfg file, set the Min Instance and Max Instance to be at least 4. Save the file and bounce the Application Server for the changes to take effect.
