Rejected orders now showing in P43081

I have a scenario where orders have been rejected, but are not displayed when the originator accesses rejected orders through P43081. This is the case with ALL rejected orders.

The purchase order is at a status 230/225. The processing options in P43081 are set as follows:

Awaiting Approval Status 230

Approved Status 280

Rejected Status 225

What am I missing in the setup that would prevent an order from displaying.
