Rejected orders now showing in P43081

We have a scenario where orders are rejected but are not displayed when the originator clicked the rejected radio button. The orders are status 230/225

Processing options (on the process tab) for P43081 are set as follows:

Awaiting Approval Status 230

Approved Status 280

Rejected Status 225

What am I missing? I don't know where else to look.
