Fluid Tiles + Images

We are on PT8.59 / FSC 92.07

Please can you advise (and provide documentation steps if possible) on the best approach to load custom images and to copy tiles and images from our Demo

What we have tried so far is

PeopleTools -> Portal -> Branding -> Branding Objects

to load a custom image

Peopletools -> Lifecycle Tools -> Migrate Data -> Data Migration WorkBench

to export / import demo images + tiles

But neither the custom nor imported objects appear in the Tile Wizard

What are we doing wrong ?
