Cycle Count - how to count empty stock locators

Hi

i am setting up a cycle count schedule for my customer, and introduced locator control for a new inventory org that we are creating

one question i have is in relation to "Empty Stock Locators" when we generate the count schedule as it is all driven by Inventory Qty or Value

So my question is how can i count empty stock locators when i create a Cycle Count schedule as it only appears to be driven by the Item (qty>0)

I appreciate that you can set the flag - unscheduled entries but that isnt really practical if you have a warehouse store with 2500 locators, and half of them are empty, as you would need to create an exception for every empty locator
