Match Exception Collaboration Center: Implementation Feedback

As with many entities, our match exceptions are growing to unmanageable levels. We stumbled upon the Match Exception Collaboration Center (MECC). We wanted to get feedback from other entities that have implemented it. We are trying to understand the good, the bad, and the ugly. The MECC appears to cover all aspects we need to assign ownership, drive workflow, and visibility.
