Container deleted without adjustment -ORWMS 16.

Case review.ORWMS vergin 16.

1) a user received a container with an item that had a picking location but no units.
This made the to_location_id and the final_location_id equal to the picking location

2) picking location is deleted (eliminate the association of the item with the picking location mentioned in point 1)

3) hot replen the container received in point 1.
The system will suggest the initial picking location.
When doing this replen the container is eliminated; RIP setting for ATS is done; BUT the qty is not added to the loc because the loc no longer exists
