Third Party Portal using Azure to Connect to PeopleSoft

We are implementing a new third-party portal for Suppliers to access PeopleSoft data using Azure and Simplain applications

The SAML SSO setup for Azure requires configuration of a Weblogic web server. Can I do this setup on our existing PeopleSoft Web Server or should Azure's access be coming from an independent web server.
