Can we Generate Other Letters to a Customer apart from Dunning Letter ?

Hi Team,

Usually, a dunning letter is sent to customer who has not paid on time based on the aging, apart from aging is there any other criteria that can be added a letter will be sent based on the customized criteria or How can we send a Custom Letter to the Customer from Advance Collections as we have custom letters which needs to be triggered via Advance Collections?
