How to make supplier Inquiry responsibility global in Oracle Apps R12.2.10

We are trying to create a custom supplier Inquiry responsibility where every one can just view the active and inactive supplier and its respective suppliers sites of all the operating units at one shot.

Please let me know if it is feasible. If yes please provide the standard supplier inquiry responsibility which already existing in the system so that we can create our custom responsibility using the standard responsibility which you provide
