PeopleSoft 9.2 - InterUnit/IntraUnit Bill from Contracts Module

Hello, when creating an interunit bill directly from the Billing Module, one enters the Revenue and Expense accounts directly in the bill (online). My question is, can an interunit bill with both a revenue and expense account line be created from a bill created by the Contracts module and interfaced into the billing module? Thanks
