Users in Microsoft Active Directory are not syncing to ODSM hence not available in the EBS

Dear all,

Oracle product: EBS

Version: 12.2.7

We recently changed our Active Directory(AD) system administrator password. We added the new password in the SSO application under Identity Access>DIP>Administration Server>Synchronization profiles...

Users were then able to log in to the EBS. However, new users created in the AD are not syncing to the ODSM hence we are not able to configure their profiles in the EBS.

We have restarted all the SSO services but the issue has not gone away.
