Solaris 11.4 inetd svc couldn't start the program - access denied

Hello,

we added a service to inetd. The service is enabled and accept request to the port, but the configured program is not started, because of access denied seen in /var/log/messages

Jan 23 12:47:03 deuxvi71 inet[39977]: [ID 808958 daemon.warning] refused connect from localhost (access denied)

As "root" I can start the program successfull.

Hopfully someone has any idea - thanks

btw - the some configuraion is working on Solaris 10 - it is only a problem on solaris 11.4
