Unable to Approve Requisition via email

Requisition remains in In-Process status even after sending response as Approve through outlook App. Noticed there is no record inserted into WF_NOTIFICATION_IN table after Approval. What else should I check to debug? Do anyone faced this issue?

Steps Performed:

1) Buyer submitted Requisition for Approval

2) Manager opened Approval notification in Outlook and click on Approve Link and then click on Send. But requisition remains in In-Process only.

Note: NID details are coming up when the Manager click Approve button.

It is working as expected when the notification approved from Oracle application. Issue is only with email approval.

We are using R12.2.4 version
