Oracle Retail Merchandising R19 (On Prem)

Dear Experts,

Oracle provides REST APIs to view and manage data stored in Oracle Retail Pricing Cloud Service starting from release 19.3 (on Cloud) as documented under :

Oracle Help Center -> Industries -> Reatil -> Retail Pricing Cloud Service -> Release 19.3 -> REST APIs for Pricing here.

However, it seems that there are no out-of-the-box APIs available for RMS on-premise release?

Would you please advise if this is correct?
