Adding custom Report to Dashboard - Refused to Connect

Hello,

I am trying to add a custom report to the existing ReSA dashboard. I have followed the Oracle Retail Operational Insights User Guide, but I seem to be getting an error on the dashboard. This blank icon pops up and if I hover over it, it says something like ".........oracleindustry.com refused to connect."


Is there a simple explanation to this?
