Child Forms in OIm12

Hi

We have OIM12 and upgraded our AD connector from 11 to 12 .Now we created an application using the AOB as we need it for our other Connectors. Now we need to add more fields and we used the SysADM interface to create fields.We needed some child objects too.We also created them on the Sysadm interface.But when we go to design console we see multiple child table versions as some had come over from the previous form versions and were not available on the sysadm console.Everytime we create a child object from sysadm it justc reates one in design
