AR 9.2: Ability to easily add maintenance sheets with hundreds of items

We have received a request to see if there is any way to simplify the creation of an AR maintenance sheets when the sheet should consist of a large batch of customer items that are not all in range. We had an example for a sheet where over 600 individual item were represented and doing this using the online pages is a very time consuming task. I don't believe there is a delivered function to upload a maintenance sheet is there? Has anyone developed anything for this?
