Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How do you pass values to a SQL definition if it needs some input parameters. I am new to peoplesoft and i need help.

SQL definition has a query like this

SELECT EMPLID FROM UAHR_APPRQST FROM ps_uahr_posrqst rq WHERE rq.UAHR_POSRQST_NUM= :1
