I tried installing Oracle WebLogic Server Stack Patch Bundle 12.2.1.4.230112 , Stack Patch Bundle (SPB): 34974729 , (Oracle WebLogic Server Product Version : 12.2.1.4.0 ) in PeopleTools 8.58.22 with jdk1.8.0_361 on windows 64 bit servers and failed with "\console.jar... 'Access is denied' . OPatch failed with error code = 73" , so end of restoring it from the server snapshot. did anyone apply Oracle weblogic Stack patch, January 2023 (12.2.1.4.230112) and had any issue? , I did not have any issue with Oct 2022 CPU but unable to install Jan 2023 CPU.
